We usually send the goods in the "neutralized" original box without additional packaging and want to protect the environment from additional packaging waste.

If you absolutely want a different packaging, please let us know when you place your order.

 

Shipping within Germany

Shipping within Germany is with DHL, Packstation or post office are also possible; the shipping fee is €7.50.

Shipping is usually no later than the following working day; the delivery time for DHL is usually 2-4 working days.

 

Shipping within the European Union

Shipping within the European Union is done with DHL; the shipping fee is €19.00.

Shipping is usually no later than the following working day; the delivery time for DHL international is usually 2-8 working days.

 

Shipping outside the European Union

We currently do not offer standardized shipping outside of the European Union. If you would like shipping outside the European Union, please contact us before placing an order to coordinate any shipping options.
